Bringing Strategy to life – five easy steps

The art of bringing strategy to life lies in not letting it die in the first place.

Many leaders often share with me feeling overwhelmed with the strategic planning process.

Arguing that the strategic planning process has become too focused on risk management, trade-offs, and playing it safe and less about helping to reimaging the future and clearing the way forward for those responsible and accountable for execution.

Based on experience of working with leaders and their teams, I will be publishing a five part series that I hope will help leaders rethink what strategic planning is (and is not) and how they can make the most of every opportunity to bring strategy to life.
