Public sector leaders at every level are tackling the challenges of delivering services amidst increased citizen expectations and decreasing funding.
I’m passionate about supporting Government leaders adopt the role of “solution enabler” by identifying new approaches to delivering services and creating environments in which innovation thrives and technology-equipped citizens and businesses can serve themselves.
I achieve this by working at the intersection of people, technology, and the co-creation of services to help government leaders transform the way agencies structure themselves and take full advantage of distributed governance, predictive analytics, behavioural psychology and outcome-based regulation. All of which ultimately translates into smarter decision-making and better services to our communities and businesses.
I hold a Masters degree in international relations and postgraduate qualifications in change and employment relations. My career includes senior change and consulting roles within two of Australia’s largest retail banks and three internationally recognised professional services firms.
