Rory’s passions include helping leaders successfully navigate the hazards and pitfalls of leading change within an increasingly complex, volatile and uncertain world.

Rory relies on a broad range of leadership development, behavioural change and service redesign solutions which he combines to provide creative and measurable solutions that support leaders confidently lead and overcome many of the entrenched barriers to change.

Drawing on over twenty years of commercial and consulting experience, Rory has supported some of Australia’s most successful leaders find new ways of re-positioning their strategic priorities to take advantage of their changing circumstances.

Rory’s most recent engagements include; assisting a large Australian university redesign their student experience; assisting a large health provider redesign their finance and billing function and working with a large government agency to design and facilitate a series of strategic planning initiatives for their top 100 leaders.

His background and experience include strategy, human capital, digital and general management across multiple industries including Public Sector, Insurance, Retail, Banking & Finance and Professional Services. He is widely acknowledged as a highly experienced business adviser with a passion for results, a collaborative leadership style and the courage to lead major change.

Rory holds a Masters degree in international relations and post graduate qualifications in change and employment relations. His career includes senior change and consulting roles within two of Australia’s largest retail banks and three internationally recognised professional services firms.
